For your convenience you may request images by calling Hemet Valley Imaging 24 hours in advance. Please call our file room staff at (951) 658-9243 Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Instructions:

• Call (951) 658-9243
• Pick up requested materials at 1001 East Latham Avenue, Suite G, Hemet CA. 92543.
• Allow 24 hours for processing.
• Materials will be held for 48 hours after requested pick up date, after such time, materials must be re-requested.
