Our web site allows you and your office staff to access our digital radiology system with immediate access to your patient’s images and results. This means added convenience for you and your patients and faster answers to clinical questions.

Once the form has been filled out and faxed to us, an HVI representative will contact you with your access information.

System Requirements

• Computer Workstation - The Fuji Synapse software operates on the Microsoft Windows® platform, with MS Internet Explorer®. Minimum requirements include:
• Pentium III processor @ 500MHz or faster
• 256MB RAM
• MS Windows 2000, Windows XP Pro and MS Windows Vista. (Macintosh and other operating systems are not supported.)
• MS Internet Explorer 7. Performance with other Internet browsers is not supported at this time.
• Microsoft.NET Frameworks 3.0 – free download at www.microsoft.com/downloads
• Internet Connection -A broadband (high speed) connection of at least 512kbs such as wireless Internet, cable or DSL. Fuji Synapse PACS is not recommended for a 56K POTS (telephone) connection.
